Easy returns and exchanges are your contingency plan. We want you to be 100% happy with your new hair so if the colour, length or style isn’t right, we offer a 30 day return or exchange on all It’s Now Long hair extensions from the date received as long as the warranty seal remains intact, and the product is in its original packaging.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange please ensure that you do not remove the warranty seal on the hair extension and that the hair extension is in an unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange if the warranty seal has been broken due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend that you use a tracked service to return your goods as the transport risk is on the sender.

Can I open the box and touch the hair?
Yes, you may remove the product from its box to hold against your hair for a more accurate
comparison.
