Certain countries impose duty and tax responsibilities on incoming goods, which may vary based on your location and the value of your purchased items. Customs charges are determined by the local government in your country and are unfortunately beyond our control. It’s Now Long does not collect from these incurred expenses. The customs fee is not part of the shipping fee. We kindly request all international customers to be aware that additional customs clearance charges or import duties may apply when purchasing our products, which must be paid either upon or before receiving your order.

Tracking is provided for all orders. Once your hair is sent, a dispatch email with tracking details will be sent to your inbox! Just so you can low key stalk it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you want to make any changes to your order just message us atsupport@itsnowlong.com.auand we will try our best to help you out.

Delivered but not received?

It’s now long cannot be held responsible when packages marked as delivered have not been received. Any missing packages will need to be investigated by your chosen carrier. However to avoid this, we provide our customers Registered Post / Signature on Delivery as a postage option.
